  Ordered a sandwich for delivery a few days ago for lunch. It was pretty good. The only thing is that the bread were a little soggy so maybe I should request for condiments packets on the side next time. Overall good sandwich.

  Although Subway is a chain and I prefer small businesses, you cannot argue with a $5 footlong. This location is about 5 mins from Hmart and directly across from Walmart. I prefer it over others because they have spinach available, compared to most places that just have lettuce. The large windows allow for a lot of natural sunlight during the lunch hour. I like their tall tables; other tables are well spaced out so you will not feel crowded.
  
  While the service is not exemplary, they understand that people have a limited time during lunch hour so they get you in and out quickly. I have noticed that they need to remove the latex glove when ringing up the sale on the register. If they had another person to do the sales, imagine how much time or dumpster space would be spared.

  The only reason why they get 3 stars is because my husband told me to be nice. But nice does not mean that I cannot be honest. Today's date: 5/7/17 Time: 8:35pm Not so good customer service. Guy at the counter didn't seem happy to be at work. He was a young kid... so I guess I get it, no manners. Then when I asked him for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich... the chicken looked dry and he acted like he didn't want to go get fresh chicken... why? Because they were closing. My husband got his sandwich. I was so turned off, I went to Jimmy Johns. I thought the whole point to subway was to, "eat fresh." Then as we walked through the door, he followed us to the exit, he did not say, "Have a good night" and of course locked the door behind us... RUDE! I'm sorry were we bothering you? Since when does it become a bother when WE patronize your subway? Note to self AND to others... go to the other one! At least the food will be fresh and the kid at the counter will not have an attitude problem. Note to manager: don't hire kids with attitude problems, you get more money when food is fresh and you feel welcome.

  This review is not about the food but rather the customer service that was given to us. We were helped around 7:45 PM Monday, January 18. The girl in the front counter took about 30 minutes with the previous customer from us and then once she helped us she basically was not paying attention to our order I kept telling her no cheese and she wanted to put cheese after four times of telling her I don't understand why she didn't understand. At the checkout I wanted to substitute the chips in my combo for two cookies and she said that I Could not do it which is bullshit because I've been in every other subway and have done it. I believe this person needs to understand how the combos work and really needs to know and understand the speed of her work as we waited way too long for us to get our Subway sandwiches and this is unacceptable.

  Went in today with the wife to get a bite for lunch and was very disappointed. I am a 6' 3" 345lb easy to spot guy who is not afraid to order appetizers at lunch. They ask her what she wanted, skipped right over me as if I was invisible and asked the girl behind me what she wanted! If I wasn't hungry enough to eat the car we came in, I would have left at that point. No un sweet tea, lemonade dispenser only shot out water and you would think lettuce was the most prized possession in this place. When the 5 dollar foot long is now $7.75 and you guys still won't give anything for it we are done.
